Terms of Use

Nullix is a beta product. These terms explain how the service may be used, its current limits, and what each side is responsible for.

Effective August 29, 2026

About the beta. Features may change, work unreliably for a while or be unavailable. Don’t rely on the beta as your only channel for emergencies or as the only place you keep irreplaceable data.

1. Using the service

You agree to follow the laws that apply to you and not to use Nullix for threats, harassment, fraud, spreading malware, exploiting children or violating the rights of others.

2. Age

The service is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent in your country.

3. Account and recovery

You are responsible for keeping your device, passcode and recovery phrase safe. Nullix does not store private keys and cannot restore access without the correct recovery phrase.

4. Moderation

Nullix does not read conversations automatically. When you voluntarily submit a report, you may share limited message context with our moderation team. An offender’s access to the service’s infrastructure may be restricted.

5. Availability

The service is provided as it is. During the beta, we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature works on every device and network.

6. Free and additional features

Basic private chats and calls are intended to remain free. Terms for any additional features will be published before they apply.

7. Stopping use

You can delete your local data and stop using the service at any time. Nullix may restrict access if these terms are violated or if the security of the service or its users is threatened.

8. Contact and changes

Questions: support@nullix.chat. Material changes to these terms will carry a new date and be announced on the site or in the app.
